My order didn’t go through, but I think you have charged me?


When you place your order, full payment is taken upfront. If we are unable to dispatch your order, a refund will automatically be processed. This can take up to 3-5 working days and can depend on your financial institution and type of payment. If this timeframe has elapsed, or you are a PayPal customer and the money still has not been released, please contact the Customer Service Team on 1300 618 318
Do you deliver to other states and territories, including a regional town?
Yes, we do, but at the moment not to overseas. Also, sometimes, the delivery company


How can I track my delivery?


When you purchase any item on our site, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number if you put your email address to be contacted. If you put your phone number to be contacted, a text message will be sent to the given number with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order. You can also view the delivery status of your order in your Online Account. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers and may not have a tracking number. If you have any query regarding any standing order, you can contact our customer service team on 1300 618 318. If you purchase more than one item with us, these may be shipped out from different locations. In this instance, you will receive separate emails with tracking numbers for each shipment. Who do you use for delivery?


Any available delivery service for instance Sendle, post office, and so on to ensure the fastest delivery.
 
Do you deliver large/heavy orders?


Yes! (Some conditions apply. Please read the terms and conditions for further info.)
 
How long will it take to deliver my purchase?


3 - 7 days (weekends and public holidays may make some delays.) Currently, due to the Covid lockdown, it can take longer than the normal delivery time.
 
Can I exchange or refund an item that was purchased online?
