Refunds & Returning the Purchased Items
KBAY hope that our customers are satisfied and happy with any purchased product. Should any product be returned, below policy will be applied and our customer service representatives are here to help.
Standard Return
We have a 14 calendar day return policy, which means you have 14 days including the day you received the item in total after receiving your item to request a return. (Some items have different conditions. Please check each condition provided for each product carefully before any purchase is made.)
To be eligible for a return, the item to be returned must be in the same condition as it was delivered, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at kbay.webmaster@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can only return items form one order at a time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can respond to the raised issue promptly and arrange an appropriate and necessary action to rectify the raised issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customised products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Also, some items on sale or gift cards are not refundable. Please check before any purchase is made.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. When the item is out of stock, the exchange will be made when the item becomes available.
Refunds
Once we receive and complete an assessment of your return, if your request falls within our refund policy, a refund is initiated immediately. It will be made onto your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Any purchase made with a KBAY gift card or any item on sale when they are returned, while the amount spent for the product will be refunded, the gift card and the sale conditions will not be redeemed or applicable.
